Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Villa Sales with experience in luxury villa or real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert qualified leads for villa projects
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable villa properties
- Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying journey
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper sales tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure and documentation
- Provide excellent customer experience from inquiry to final closure
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Villa Sales or Real Estate Sales
- Experience in selling premium/luxury villas is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle HNI clients and property investors
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
- Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving license
- Languages preferred: English, Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage)
- Immediate joiners preferred
