Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Rajpura. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop effective sales strategies, establish and achieve sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. The ideal candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Leadership and Team Management experience to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and business opportunities
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills to nurture and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales, particularly in the fashion or retail industry, is a plus
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
