We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales initiatives, lead a high-performing inside sales team, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end sales cycles, team management, and achieving aggressive targets.
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Sell cloud-based solutions and IT services, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, ScaleFusion, and cybersecurity offerings.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead generation and sales processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales with proven team handling experience.
- Strong experience in managing Inside Sales teams and KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and sales growth.
- Expertise in deal negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
