Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, assisting with inquiries, and conducting market research. The role involves engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to offer appropriate real estate solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the initial sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales for luxury residential and commercial properties
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and investors
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and internal teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of experience in luxury / premium real estate sales
✔ Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market (especially Chembur, Mulund, Ghatkopar, & Sobo nearby areas)
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Ability to handle HNI clients and close high-value deals
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player
Location: Central & Sobo (Mumbai)
Experience: 3+ Years in Luxury / Premium Real Estate
