Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, based in Vadodara. The Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business strategies, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Responsibilities include team leadership, implementing business processes, client management, market analysis, and enhancing operational efficiency to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals
- Experience in supply chain management, sales operations, and distribution processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of industrial products like valves, strainers, and related equipment is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and decision-making
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective business strategies
- Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable
- Hands-on experience in working with B2B partnerships and key account management
