Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar
Company: Chemi Tech Group
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across the South Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS) and Adani Solar Panels, building strong channel partnerships, and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar Structures and Adani Solar Panels across South India
* Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and EPC partners
* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners
* Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into business opportunities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution, dispatch, and after-sales support
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
* Travel extensively across South Indian states for client meetings and business development
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the solar industry (mandatory)
* Proven experience in sales of solar panels, structures, or related products
* Graduation in any discipline
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Willingness to travel extensively across South India
* Self-driven and target-oriented approach
