Role Description
We are seeking a poised, empathetic, and results-driven patient coordinator to be the face of our patient journey.In this pivotal role, you will guide patients through their aesthetic transformations, providing expert counselling for surgical and non surgical procedures while ensuring a premium, boutique-style experience.This is a full-time, on-site Sales counsellor role based in , Gurugram, Haryana, India .
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Patient Counselling: Lead in-person and virtual consultations, explaining complex surgical procedures in a clear, comforting manner.
- In Depth Lead Funnel Understanding and ability to execute for lead conversion
- Target Achievement & Performance Requirements -
- As a Sales Counsellor, your success is measured by your ability to move prospects through the funnel and hit specific monthly revenue and volume benchmarks. This role is for a high-achiever who thrives under a target-driven compensation structure.
- Reporting & Accountability
- Daily CRM Updates: 100% accuracy in logging lead status, reasons for "lost" leads, and projected "closing" dates.
- Weekly Pipeline Review: Present a clear "Pipeline Report" every week on a fixed day , detailing expected closures for the week and strategies for stale leads.
- Sales & Conversion
- Multichannel Communication: Manage lead funnels via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to qualify potential candidates for surgery.
- Personalised Patient Advocacy: Act as a dedicated point of contact, managing pre-surgery anxiety, addressing financial inquiries, and coordinating post-care details.
- Relationship Management: Utilise CRM tools to maintain diligent follow-ups and nurture long-term trust with high-value clients.
- Clinic Synergy: Collaborate closely with our surgeons and medical staff to ensure seamless scheduling and surgical readiness.
In summary The Sales counsellor will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, creating sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership in overseeing sales targets and mentoring a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Qualifications & skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred a background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Nursing is highly advantageous. A hospitality background is a plus
- Experience: 1–5 years in high-end sales or patient counselling (Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery preferred).
- Soft Skills: Must possess high emotional intelligence, exceptional active listening, and a presentable, professional appearance.
- Communication: Fluency in English is a must , with the ability to simplify medical terminology for patients.
- Mindset Required : Resilient, Result oriented, Ownership of your work , strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, flexible in approach . Open to Learn new things . Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
