Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee sales processes, identify new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include presenting solutions to clients, preparing sales proposals, managing negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback for product development, and coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Proficiency in market analysis, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge or experience in electrical systems, industrial automation, and control solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in B2B industrial sales or related sectors is highly desirable
