We are hiring for the position of Sales Manager (B2B) – Building Material Industry.
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and strengthen dealer & distributor network across the assigned territory
• Drive channel sales through dealers, distributors, and retail partners
• Appoint new channel partners and maintain strong business relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors for business development
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and payment follow-up
• Ensure timely collection and outstanding management
Candidate Requirements:
• Candidates from Plywood, Laminate, Veneer, Hardware, Building Material, or related industries will be preferred
• Good market network in Pune
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
