Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify potential clients, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and reporting performance metrics. The role also involves building strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and business development
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management
- Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting, reporting, and performance evaluation

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
