Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Manager will drive business growth through customer acquisition, manage client relationships, and collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies, preparing detailed proposals, and guiding the sales cycle from initiation to closing. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for generating revenue, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales strategy development, lead generation, and business development
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed targets
- Experience within the interior fit-out, joinery, or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving skills, and results-driven attitude
