Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Yelahanka Ward, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations related to sales, develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation expertise
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and team management
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems
