This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Manager – Chiller Plant Retrofit & Energy Solutions- Delhi NCR
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and developing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Responsible for driving chiller plant retrofit sales, doing energy audits, and delivering energy-efficient solutions that help customers reduce operating costs and carbon footprint. Focus on building customer relationships, identifying retrofit opportunities, and promoting sustainable HVAC optimization solutions.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading negotiations, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor the competitive landscape to identify trends and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills for maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
- Proficiency in creating Sales Strategies and analyzing market trends.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive Sales Forecasts and Reports.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
