Drives revenue growth by leading the sales team, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. Responsible for achieving targets while mentoring and motivating the team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools to track and manage pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Knowledge of digital sales strategies and analytics.
- MBA or relevant business qualification is a plus.
