Role Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. You will lead efforts in building client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless consumer journey throughout the home loan process. The position is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly home loans and housing finance
- Strategic planning and ability to meet sales objectives within defined timelines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales-related technologies
- A bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the housing finance or banking industry is a plus
