Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving targets in line with company goals. The position includes identifying and onboarding new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the company's financial products.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide sales teams
- Sales and business development expertise, with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in tools and software for sales tracking and reporting
- Prior experience in financial services, NBFC, or banking sectors is preferred
- Understanding of products like MSME Loans, Gold Loans, Construction Finance, and Housing Loans is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
