Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organization. Collaboration with internal teams and effective communication with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on customer-centric problem-solving
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate sales teams to exceed targets
- Experience in the facility management or related service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments
