MAIN ROLE: The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing projects and closing orders.

1. Find new clients
• Industrial companies
• Warehouse developers
• EPC contractors
2. Attend client meetings
• Discuss project requirements
• Present company profile
• Explain Builtech capabilities
3. Negotiation
• Price discussion
• Payment terms
• Contract terms
4. Close the order
• Finalize project
• Sign agreement / work order
5. Manage marketing team
• Guide marketing engineers
• Track enquiries and quotations
6. Develop business strategy
• Identify new markets
• Develop EPC contractor network
