Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Prayagraj. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to meet company revenue goals. Other daily tasks include leading sales initiatives, preparing and delivering presentations, analyzing market trends, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities to support business growth
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve performance targets
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the education technology sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to work on-site and knowledge of the local market in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur
