Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will manage and train a sales team, develop strategies to drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience through proactive support and problem-solving. The role also requires effective communication with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored property solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, along with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including commercial and residential properties, is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of digital tools for marketing and sales
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English and familiarity with local languages is a plus
