Job Description: Senior Sales Manager – BOUNCE Inc. Bengaluru
Location: Bengaluru (Primary) | Coverage: Karnataka (existing & upcoming outlets)
Reporting To: Business Head
Role Type: Target-driven, On-ground Sales Leadership
Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving high-value institutional and group sales for BOUNCE Inc. Bengaluru. This includes school picnics, corporate team events, college collaborations, birthday parties, and partnerships with tour operators and event agencies. The role is highly performance-oriented with clear revenue targets and ownership of business growth within the state.
Key Responsibilities:
1. School Picnic Sales (Primary Focus)
- Drive school picnic bookings through direct engagement with school management, principals, and admin teams
- Build long-term relationships with schools across Bengaluru and Karnataka
- Coordinate with local tour operators and travel planners for bulk school movements
- Own end-to-end execution: pitching, negotiation, conversion, and repeat bookings
2. Corporate & Team Events
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for team outings, offsites, and employee engagement events
- Coordinate with HR teams, admin teams, and corporate decision-makers
- Manage and onboard event agencies to scale corporate bookings
- Ensure monthly and quarterly corporate revenue targets are met
3. Birthday Parties & Group Celebrations
- Oversee birthday party sales growth at the venue
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Improve repeat bookings, referrals, and premium party conversions
4. College Collaborations & Youth Engagement
- Manage college tie-ups, fests, sponsorships, and on-ground collaborations
- Drive youth-focused group bookings and brand visibility
- Evaluate ROI from college partnerships and events
6. Expansion Support
- Support sales setup for any new BOUNCE outlets launched within Karnataka
- Build early partnerships and pipelines for upcoming venues
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, or experiential businesses
- Strong network with schools, corporates, colleges, or tour operators (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
