Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our corporate client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and offering customized travel and accommodation solutions to organizations across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Understand client travel requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Drive strategic partnerships and long-term account growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of corporate travel, hospitality, or hotel sales is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
