Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to meet targets and drive revenue growth. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and provide mentorship to team members to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, including team leadership and revenue generation
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, including developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to monitor and evaluate performance metrics effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify business opportunities
- Experience in the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
