Role: Sales Manager (On-Site)
Base Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Own
· Expand and strengthen our B2B dealership network across Maharashtra
· Identify, onboard & activate distributors and channel partners
· Drive regional revenue growth and market penetration
· Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve performance goals
· Collaborate with operations, marketing teams for seamless execution
· Enable strong cross-functional communication to enhance customer experience & delivery efficiency
· Build long-term dealer & client relationships
· Execute territory strategy and achieve ambitious sales targets
💰 Compensation & Incentives
💼 ₹6 LPA Fixed Salary + performance incentives
Who Should Apply
Experience in B2B / Channel / Dealer Sales
Team management or leadership exposure preferred
Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination skills
Excellent negotiation, communication & problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with field travel across Maharashtra
Experience in manufacturing, equipment, or commercial solutions is a strong advantage
