Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ameerpet for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities. The role includes setting sales targets, coaching the sales team, preparing reports on sales activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Sales Strategy Planning, and Target Achievement
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and market analysis techniques
- Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Background or experience in the IT services/solutions industry is an advantage
