- Manage and grow the Blue Pearl Affiliate / Partner Program.
- Recruit, guide, and support Team Leaders and Team Members.
- Drive jewellery sales through the affiliate network.
- Build an active and performance-oriented partner community.
- Conduct regular sales training, product training, and motivational sessions.
- Track team activation, sales performance, and partner growth.
- Develop regional sales and community-building strategies.
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, fashion events, partner meets, and promotional activities.
- Identify high-performing partners and develop future Team Leaders.
- Work closely with Blue Pearl management to achieve brand visibility and sales targets.
- Travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, training, and business development activities.
