Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based on-site in Thane. The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, build and nurture client relationships, and drive business growth by meeting sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, managing negotiations, and providing professional real estate advisory services. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market and experience in real estate advisory or investment is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in fostering long-term client relationships is a plus
