Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager at Blink Finance, based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will spearhead sales strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, preparing performance reports, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves coordinating with product and marketing teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, analyzing market trends, and providing ongoing training to the sales team to ensure excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Planning, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking with Sales Strategy and Market Trend Analysis experience
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and related tools
- Familiarity with financial services and products, including loans,Business Loan, Working Capital , Mortgage planning, and debt management, preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred
