What you will own
- End-to-end sales pipeline for ClaimNow.ai — from prospecting to deal closure — targeting health insurers, TPAs, and healthcare networks.
- Identify and engage decision-makers at mid-to-large insurance companies, third-party administrators, and corporate health benefit buyers.
- Translate ClaimNow.ai's capabilities into business value tailored to each prospect's claims operations pain points.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline; own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline.
- Lead commercial negotiations, RFP responses, and contractual discussions in coordination with the founding team.
- Gather market intelligence — competitor positioning, regulatory shifts, buyer priorities — and feed this back into product and GTM strategy.
- Represent ClaimNow.ai at industry events, forums, and conferences (e.g., IRDAI-related events, health insurance summits).
What you bring
- 5–10 years of experience in a sales, business development, or key account role — specifically within the health insurance or health-tech industry in India.
- Deep familiarity with the health insurance value chain: insurers (PSU and private), TPAs, hospitals, brokers, and corporate HR/benefits buyers.
- Strong understanding of how claims processing works — TAT norms, fraud/leakage, cashless vs. reimbursement flows, pre-auth workflows.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers at organizations such as i3systems, Medi Assist, Paramount Health Services, Vidal Health, MDIndia, Star Health, HDFC Ergo, Care Health, or similar.
- Experience selling SaaS, health-tech, or AI/analytics products to insurance buyers is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present to CXOs as confidently as to operations managers.
