Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve revenue targets. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing trends, and preparing sales forecasts. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and other internal teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, develop reports, and forecast sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Prior industry experience in digital marketing or advertising is advantageous.
