Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Other key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product availability and quality service delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers to achieve business growth will also be a primary focus of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and marketing skills, including business development, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Proven ability in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and competitor benchmarking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with distributors, retailers, and customers
- Team leadership and motivation skills, with experience in managing and guiding sales teams to meet targets
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver under deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and reporting software
- Prior experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
