Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru, India. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team to achieve business goals, develop and execute sales strategies, identify and build relationships with prospective clients, and manage sales pipelines. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets. The Sales Manager will need to provide exceptional leadership to drive team performance and ensure excellence in client communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting techniques
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service excellence
- Leadership abilities and team management experience
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the sports infrastructure or handcrafted tile industry is a plus
