1.To lead Reseller sales & BD team in store and develop highly motivated field
force2. Implement business plan to achieve Segment sales across Sub segm
ents.3. Implement sales Plan to drive profitable sales on a sustained manner from top members of focused sub segments like hospitals, Manufacturing, Educational Institutes, Army stores and religious institutions by developing strong relationships and providing business solutions to mem
bers.
4. Educate on the benefits of private label credit cards to top members and facilitate in getting their cards
made.5. Educate members on other payment solutions like electronic transfer, debit card, cash pi
ckups.6. Provide information on delivery solution to members and coordinate with 3rd party delivery desk thereby closing the loop from order generation to goods del
ivery.7.Drive sales of top members by getting right size of members enrolled across different sub segments, understand the assortment they buy, identify need gaps and increasing ticket size by introduction of new items and increasing transac
tions.8. Ensure systematCoordinating with merchandising team to get desired products at right price to help team deliver re
sults.9.Coordination with Operation, Finance, legal team for finding solutions to help member ser
vices.10.Coordinating with marketing for getting right set of help for desired results on activ
ities.11.Coordinating with membership team on getting right set of membership done for given geog
raphy.12.Guide and facilitate enrolment of right size of memberships across different sub seg
ments.13.Give feedback to merchants on market operating prices and assortment required by me
mbers!14.Engaging more members to visit store through effective targeted communication, increase ticket size by adding new assortment in purchase
basket15.Regarding Assisted Channel /Day/ Month wise Sales plan Vs Ach, and key responsibilities in
clude:16. Focusing on the expansion into rural markets and new XD loca
