🚀 Hiring – Sales & Distribution Manager (Spices Industry)
Beej Spices is looking for an experienced and driven professional to build and expand our distribution network.
📍 Location: Gurugram
📦 Industry: Spices (Only relevant experience preferred)
🔍 Who we are looking for:
• 4–5+ years experience in spices sales & distribution
• Strong understanding of dealer/distributor network (North India)
• Ability to set up and scale distribution channels step by step
• Smart, confident & result-oriented personality
• Must have a valid driving license
💼 Role:
• Develop and manage distribution network (starting North India → Pan India)
• Appoint distributors, onboard retailers, and drive sales growth
• Build strong market presence for a premium, farm-direct brand
💰 Compensation: As per industry standards (based on experience & responsibilities)
