Sales Manager – Welding Machines

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to develop and expand the sales of Welding Machines in the Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, customer support, product promotion, demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales network for Welding Machines across India
- Appoint and support dealers and distributors
- Visit customers, dealers, OEMs, fabrication companies, and industrial users
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Coordinate with factory and export team for deliveries and customer requirements
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing activities
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate service activities when required

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in industrial product sales or welding industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of welding applications is preferred
Preferred Candidate:
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Strong dealer and customer handling capability
- Professional attitude with good presentation skills
- Experience in industrial machinery or welding equipment industry will be an advantage
