Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in South Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, supporting the sales team, preparing reports, and driving overall business growth in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Relationship Building, Client Retention, and Negotiation
- Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in distribution or industrial raw materials industries is a strong advantage
