Job Overview:As a Sales Manager at Bar Code India, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with a primary focus on hardware sales including barcode scanners, printers, and RFID systems. You will actively generate new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver end-to-end sales execution while positioning AIDC solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:· Drive hardware sales (barcode scanners, printers, RFID devices) by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
· Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and market mapping.
· Develop and expand new customer base while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware solutions along with supporting software where applicable.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
· Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features and ROI of hardware solutions.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution configuration, installation, and post-sales support.
· Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets with a strong focus on revenue from hardware products.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across product lines.
· Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and advancements in AIDC hardware technologies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware sales / AIDC / barcode / RFID industry.
- Strong track record in new business development and hardware revenue generation.
- Hands-on understanding of barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and related accessories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to travel for client acquisition and meetings.
