SALES HEAD
Job Title: Sales Head
� Location: Goa, India
� Compensation: Up to ₹12 Lakh CTC (per annum)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations in
Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong
client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business targets for upcoming RTD brand.
● Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
● Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales leadership roles
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to drive targets and deliver results
● Experience in team management and business development
