Role Description
This is an onsite job role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, establishing strong relationships, and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, performing market analysis to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the person will be expected to create detailed sales reports, manage clients and provide input on customer feedback to improve services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Google apps suite; familiarity with digital sales platforms is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior exposure or interest in retail, FMCG, or CPG industries is an advantage
