Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager is based in Agartala. In this position, the Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and effectively promote Bajaj Allianz Life’s range of insurance products. Core responsibilities include driving sales growth, tracking team performance, developing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Team Leadership, Training, and Motivational Abilities to drive organizational goals
- Strategic Thinking paired with strong Analytical and Planning capabilities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in adherence to company policies and regulations
