Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Hazaribag. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, mentoring and training sales consultants, implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring market trends, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management while adhering to company policies and goals.

- Proven ability in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Relationship Management, Client Servicing, and building networks
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting software
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
