Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, combining both on-site duties in Pratapgarh and the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a dynamic team of sales consultants, and actively engage with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, fostering client relationships, conducting market analysis, and expanding the company’s customer base within the assigned territory. Additionally, the role involves monitoring sales performance, offering coaching and continuous improvement to the team, and driving operational excellence to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales & Business Development: Proven track record in sales strategy implementation and achieving sales targets, along with proficiency in client relationship management.
- People Management: Skills in team leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring to lead a dynamic sales team effectively.
- Market Research: Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive competitive advantage.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Industry Awareness: Knowledge of the life insurance and financial services industry, including products such as ULIPs, term insurance, and financial planning solutions is advantageous.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or insurance industry roles.
- Technology Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
