Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth by strategizing and executing sales initiatives, managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and maintaining strong relations with channel partners. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Regular coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis and planning
- Team management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales teams
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Analytical thinking to assess trends and performance metrics
- Understanding of insurance products, particularly life insurance, and industry regulations is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and related sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
