Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales strategies. Additionally, key tasks involve guiding and supervising the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to address operational needs and deliver customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and achieving targets in a financial services environment.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to develop and manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create data-driven sales strategies.
- Knowledge of financial services, home loans, or real estate finance will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
