Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves coaching the sales team and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals.
- Experience in team leadership, team building, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of financial products and services, preferably related to housing finance, loans against property, or real estate financing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify market trends and create growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a target-driven environment.
