Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Relationship Manager at Bajaj General Insurance. As a Relationship Manager, you will engage with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure prompt resolution of their queries or claims. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless insurance processes and promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Customer service skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Good understanding of insurance products, including motor, health, home, and specialised insurance policies.
- Analytical abilities to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Sales skills and the ability to achieve targets and drive client engagement.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
