Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives to achieve business targets, identifying and acquiring new customers, and fostering client relationships. The role also involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategies, account management, and relationship building
- Strong team leadership and ability to monitor and enhance team performance
- Proficiency in market analysis and leveraging customer insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales software solutions
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
