Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Surat. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team to achieve business targets, develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, and identify new market opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring sales metrics, delivering performance reports, and overseeing team performance. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and strategy execution
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site capacity and flexibility to adapt to dynamic market scenarios
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage)
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
