Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves driving sales performance by managing a team, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and achieving targets. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, maintaining a pipeline of prospects, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Coaching skills
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Retention
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Market Analysis experience
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry or knowledge of NBFC products is advantageous
