Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Kundapura, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies by identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving targeted revenue goals. Additionally, the role requires team management, ensuring team members meet sales objectives, and conducting training sessions to enhance their performance. Strong collaboration with internal departments such as marketing and operations is essential to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales development, business strategy, and market analysis
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and team coordination
- Experience in meeting revenue and sales targets consistently
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment effectively
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
